Qualifications

Are you a highly organized professional with a passion for the FMCG retail industry?

My client, a leading company based in Boksburg, Gauteng, is seeking a proactive Regional Admin Manager for a 6-month contract!

In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes across the region.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and excel in managing resources, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and train store management and all administration staff
  2. Control the financial performance of the region within the budgetary constraints
  3. Set and ensure that the stores within the region comply with company policies and procedures
  4. Maintain the shrinkage in the region
  5. Oversee the documentation management of the branches in the region
  6. Develop and maintain training courses
  7. Provide continuous on-the-job training (coaching)
  8. Draw up Store Budgets
  9. Authorize and motivate expenses
  10. Conduct profit and loss analyses and initiate corrective actions, communicating to stakeholders and ensuring implementation
  11. Report profit and loss to branches and Divisional Management
  12. Ensure corrective action is taken in branches during store visits
  13. Follow up on out of line expenditure
  14. Perform monthly reconciliations (Balance Sheets)
  15. Conduct high-risk audit procedures
  16. Ensure compliance with rules, policies and procedures regarding:
  17. Receiving
  18. Cash Office
  19. Stock Control
  20. Ensure that sectional stock takes are done monthly
  21. Produce stock take results and ensure accuracy
  22. Conduct monthly blow out stock takes
  23. Investigate possible theft and implement required control mechanisms
  24. Plan, prepare and supervise stock takes
  25. Investigate the validity and accuracy of the reconciliations
  26. Analyze the stock take reconciliations to determine corrective action
  27. Ensure branch filing procedures are maintained according to company policies and procedures
  28. Follow up on outstanding documentation:
  29. Cash and Banking
  30. Finance Department
  31. Head Office
  32. Coordinate insurance claims
Qualifications & Experience :
  1. Matric
  2. Working knowledge of ARCH system
  3. Valid driver's license
  4. 3 years of Management experience in an admin function
