• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of ammonia cooling systems .
• Assist senior technicians and engineers in diagnosing and resolving refrigeration system issues.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations , particularly related to ammonia handling.
• Maintain detailed records of system performance, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Support installations and upgrades of ammonia-based refrigeration systems.
• Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and enhance system efficiency.

Requirements :

• B. Tech qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of Ammonia Refrigeration Technician experience
• Practical experience in ammonia cooling systems, preferably in industrial refrigeration or HVAC settings.
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration principles, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergency call-outs if required.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
