Job summary

Almag is seeking a Refrigeration Service Manager to oversee maintenance, repair and installation of refrigeration systems, lead a team of technicians, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The role requires strong technical knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning, plus leadership and problem-solving skills.

The candidate will manage branch operations, draft SLAs, provide guidance, build client relationships and monitor key profitability indicators.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning experience.
• 3–5 years in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning construction and project supervision.
• Proven drive for results and accountability.

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A REFRIGERATION SERVICE MANAGER

Are you a skilled Refrigeration professional with strong Management experience? Do you thrive in overseeing technical projects and ensuring excellent service delivery? If so, we require the services of a seasoned Service Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of refrigeration systems, manage a team of technicians and ensure efficient service delivery to clients. This role requires strong technical knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, as well as leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Manage branch operations
• Manage Technical Team and Service Administrator
• Draft Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
• Provide technicial leadership, guidance and expertise to staff
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Monitor Business Key Indicators such as Profitability and Sales Report

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Knowledge and Experience:

• 5 - 10 years of experience within the Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Environment
• 3 – 5 years of experience in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Construction and Project Supervision
• Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise of at least 10 years in the field
• At least 3 years managerial experience in similar role
• Demonstrated Leadership
• Methodical and strong administrative skills
• Minimum technical Trade or National Qualification in refrigeration or Electrical Engineering
