Experienced in daily service-related refrigeration issues and project builds.
15-20 years industry experience – you know refrigeration inside out.
5-10 years in a similar position managing refrigeration technicians.
People management, team building, project and service delivery is a priority with appropriate references.
Build and manage our refrigeration technicians, build teams & area controllers, and spares.
Non-nonsense approach.

Responsibilities:
Schedule daily work allocation of both technicians and build teams, maintenance SLA’s, daily call outs, project resource allocation & scheduling, workshop repairs, follow on’s, and ensure spares are delivered on time and correctly.
Daily routine: 7:30 meeting & job allocation with technicians, check fitness and readiness (i.e., dress code, van stock, etc.), manage our 2 controllers allocating jobs and call outs to technicians (daily, hourly, etc.) - right guy for the right job, check outstanding issues from the previous day, repair quote detail follow up with office, technicians out the gate by 8:00, act as “go to guy”, leader, coach, by phone/on site for challenging issues, spot checks on site (5-10 per week for technicians & customer interaction).
