Job summary

Aramco is seeking a Manufacturing Performance Expert to enhance downstream assets’ performance from its Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) division. You will coordinate with asset teams, collect and analyze operational and financial data, and provide strategic recommendations to improve long-term performance across Saudi Aramco’s downstream portfolio.

The role requires 10 years in asset management within downstream oil & gas, familiarity with benchmarking frameworks, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with knowledge in finance or business administration.
10 years in asset management or related role in downstream oil & gas.
Experience with benchmarking and performance frameworks (e.g., Solomon, RAM).
Proven cross-functional leadership and senior stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of refining and petrochemicals operations.

Responsibilities

Act as central point of contact for asset teams within GME.
Design methodologies to collect, maintain, analyze, and present performance data.
Monitor requests, assessments, and site visits between GME and assets.
Create asset performance dashboards and reporting tools.
Benchmark performance against industry leaders and internal data.
Prepare presentations for senior leadership.
