The Role

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in inshore commercial recruitment and international travel coordination? Subtech South Africa is seeking a highly organised individual to support our dynamic operations. This full-time role is based on a Monday to Friday schedule, with flexibility required for occasional weekend and public holiday work, depending on project needs.

Role Accountabilities

• Ensure timely and efficient recruitment for all project roles, aligning candidate selection with operational timelines and project requirements.
• Ensure that all new hires complete the induction, are fully briefed and compliant with company standards before commencement of work..
• Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for personnel, both locally and internationally, ensuring smooth logistics and adherence to budget and schedule.
• Accurately compile and submit all necessary documentation for project employees including contracts and onboarding materials, within required timeframes.
  
  

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

• Matric certificate and HR/recruitment certificate
• Previous recruitment experience within commercial diving and marine industry is essential.
• Experience in coordinating local and international travel is essential.
• Understanding of local and international travel logistics is essential.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices (sourcing, screening, placement) is essential.
• Proficient in digital recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Familiarity with employment contracts.
• Excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays, on an ad hoc basis.
