Job Summary / Overview
As a Recruitment Specialist at Teleperformance, you will work closely with the Recruitment Delivery Manager, key stakeholders, and points of contact to manage both high-volume and non-volume recruitment. Your role is vital in attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent while ensuring alignment with the Teleperformance DNA and company culture.
This position also includes responsibilities in candidate engagement, recruitment analytics, onboarding, and supporting the continuous improvement of recruitment processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Proactively source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels
- Post job ads to relevant platforms including job boards, newspapers, and college portals
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing business needs
- Conduct job and task analyses to understand hiring needs and job specifications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast recruitment needs based on business projections
Screening & Selection
- Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct structured interviews using reliable selection tools and methods
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential
- Develop interview questions, scoring rubrics, and selection assessments
- Coordinate with hiring managers on candidate feedback and decision-making
Onboarding & Candidate Experience
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate journey
- Act as a main point of contact throughout the selection process, building strong candidate relationships

Reporting & Analytics
- Compile and analyze recruitment data to monitor performance and trends
- Deliver recruitment reports and dashboards to stakeholders with actionable insights
- Use statistical methods and market data to evaluate industry trends and benchmark recruitment practices
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce cost-per-hire
Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Partner with business leads to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and external recruitment agencies
- Ensure recruitment practices align with employment laws and industry best practices
- Assist with the training and onboarding of new recruitment team members
- Review, write, and implement recruitment procedures to ensure consistency and quality
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric / Equivalent (Essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in bulk/volume and non-volume recruitment within the BPO industry (Essential)
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, analytics, and talent sourcing strategies
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices (Advantageous)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines
