Recruitment Sourcing Specialist (3 to 6 months)

Our aim is to deliver outstanding recruitment services to individuals and companies in Africa and beyond who seek the best talent.

We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about sales, relationship building, and success. You must be a good communicator, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be professional. This is a 3 to 6 months fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent, based in Gauteng & P.E.

Duties & Responsibilities

The responsibilities include:

  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  • Source talent across various industries using diverse recruitment techniques.
  • Drive a 360-degree recruitment process.
  • Ensure effective delivery and integration of the recruitment process (advertising, interviewing, and placing candidates) across the Group.
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Manage probation processes through line management.
  • Coordinate and implement proactive recruitment strategies in line with Group policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the Recruitment Team, internal and external applicants, line managers, service providers, and the HR Team.
  • Ensure effective service delivery to meet client needs.
  • Source, screen, and register candidates for client vacancies.
  • Engage professionally with suitable candidates.
  • Meet service expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct extensive interviews via telephone, video, and face-to-face, adhering to legal and internal compliance standards.
  • Advise the business on new HR legislation.
Experience & Qualification

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of a National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of solid recruitment and talent sourcing experience.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with Human Capital solutions consulting is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in competency-based hiring approaches.
  • Must be based around Port Elizabeth.
  • Knowledge of recruitment principles, methods, techniques, and resources.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication in diverse environments.
  • Excellent planning and implementation skills.
  • Ability to handle a diverse workload and respond to short-notice demands.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
