MSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Sourcer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the recruitment process, supporting HR functions, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate database
  • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment materials
  • Conduct reference checks and background screening for potential candidates
  • Support the HR team with employee onboarding, orientation, and training initiatives
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Provide excellent candidate experience through effective communication and assistance throughout the hiring process
  • Participate in HR initiatives and projects as required
