About The Role
Kula is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager - Recruitment to oversee and enhance our global recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international recruitment within the audit and accounting sectors and will play a pivotal role in expanding Kula's talent pool and optimizing our hiring processes. This role includes an exciting opportunity to design and implement recruitment processes, grow Kula's candidate database, and enhance our presence amongst potential candidates globally.

Qualifications & Experience
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
