Recruitment Resourcer - Sa

We are creating dedicated 120 Recruiters specialists whose initial focus will be to drive the best level of service to all candidates who engage with us. Each Recruitment Resourcer will be attached to a skillset specialist team and will work with them to develop best practice processes around candidates to ensure we are identifying the best talent in the market to engage onto our CRM.

Things you will be doing:

1. Identifying & engaging top talent for relevant skillset
2. Phone check-ins: regular calls with our top freelance / perm candidates
3. Sourcing relevant talent including posting job ads, managing socials, and headhunting
4. Brand representation: social posts engaging with our candidate base online
5. Candidate registrations including write-ups / ensuring they’re on the CRM correctly and presenting to sales teams for placements
6. Lead gathering: identifying competitors and tracking & presenting to team
7. Sharing industry trends
8. Managing all admin for all rebooks for all desks

To enable this, we take a skills-based hiring approach to ensure all customer biases are removed and meritocracy prevails!
