Responsibilities:
  1. Advertising: Write and post engaging job ads across relevant platforms.
  2. Social Media Savvy: Attract and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
  3. Research & Sourcing: Identify top talent using databases, social media, and deep web searches.
  4. Headhunting: Approach and connect directly with suitable candidates.
  5. Screening & Interviews: Review applications, conduct interviews, and shortlist top candidates.
  6. Client Collaboration: Prepare CVs and candidate profiles for clients.
  7. Compliance: Conduct background checks and facilitate onboarding.
  8. Market Insight: Advise candidates on salary expectations, career opportunities, and upskilling.
  9. Proactive Approach: Identify new job leads and opportunities to expand our client base.
  10. Negotiation & Coordination: Arrange interviews, manage offers, and negotiate salaries.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years experience in a formal corporate setting
  • Passion for systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Confident, engaging, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written English and creative writing skills
  • IT literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
