MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- An NQF Level 7 qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- At least five years of experience in recruitment and HR Generalist roles, with experience in mass recruitment projects.
- Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HR software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment
- Partner with the HR Team Leader to determine staffing needs.
- Manage daily recruitment processes to meet business objectives.
- Ensure standardized recruitment procedures and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Oversee the completion of recruitment documentation and online processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison with recruitment providers.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle for assigned areas.
- Assist in drafting employment offers and agreements.
- Post role specifications on internal and external job platforms.
- Draft regret letters and communicate outcomes to candidates.
- Maintain accurate HR records related to recruitment.
- Engage with industry-relevant talent forums to build talent pipelines.
- Organize talent engagement sessions and forums.
Recruitment Reporting
- Provide analytics and forecasts on recruitment needs and outcomes.
- Present HR metrics and initiatives in staff meetings.
- Continuously improve HR processes.
- Contribute to quarterly workforce planning and reporting.
- Analyze third-party recruitment spend and success rates.
- Manage relationships with talent service providers.
Recruitment Administration
- Advertise vacancies on relevant portals.
- Screen CVs against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Book interview venues and prepare interview materials.
- Coordinate candidate fingerprint verification and background checks.
- Handle candidate responses and maintain communication.
