THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:

  • Matric PLUS a relevant qualification in HR, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
  • A genuine love for people and tech—you should feel energized by people interaction and not shy away from digital tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills AND Intermediate to advanced computer literacy (MS Office, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
  • A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable transport
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service, recruitment, or another people-focused role

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Conducting basic screening, telephonic interviews, and reference checks (you’ll be making a lot of calls—this isn’t a role for the phone-shy! You should enjoy real conversations, know how to ask the right questions, and not be afraid to politely but firmly dig for the details you need.)
  • Managing candidate documentation
  • Coordinating interviews and maintaining follow-up communication with candidates
  • Managing candidate applications and ensuring timely follow-through
  • Organising client interviews and venues where necessary
  • Administrative support and other recruitment-related tasks as well as ad-hoc duties as needed to support the Hiring Success Team
