Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personality

1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
2. Practical experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued.
3. Working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and online job portals is mandatory.
4. 8 years of IT/Technical Role Types within the industry experience is essential, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role.
5. Understanding of the Recruitment Process/Lifecycle.
6. Knowledge or experience with Placement Partner, MIE, Career Junction, and Pnet applications.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential.
8. Strong people skills with the ability to form and maintain healthy relationships.
9. Manage a team of Recruiters, Process, and Technology.
10. Sourcing and filling positions.
11. Able to headhunt and work in a fast-paced environment with strong sales and negotiation skills.
12. Display a positive and friendly outlook when dealing with peers and clients.
13. Outgoing personality and confidence in dealing with people and senior management.
14. Forward-thinking and creative with the ability to formulate and present ideas.
15. Capable of hands-on problem-solving with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
16. A positive and structured approach to researching and analyzing brand-building opportunities.
17. Ability to use own initiative and attention to detail.
