Job Title: Recruitment Delivery Consultant

Salary: R30 000 - R35 000

Job Overview: Join a dynamic, international recruitment team as a Recruitment Delivery Consultant, focused on sourcing top-tier financial advisors across the U.S. financial services sector. Supporting high-profile clients such as Morgan Stanley and the Royal Bank of Canada, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering quality candidates to fee-generating roles. Working remotely from South Africa and aligned to U.S. East Coast hours, this position offers a unique opportunity to engage with senior professionals, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to impactful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage financial advisors throughout the U.S. market.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-value roles.
  • Conduct consultative, high-quality conversations with candidates, focusing on long-term relationship building.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery processes for strategic recruitment campaigns.
  • Liaise with international clients and contribute to account delivery strategies.
  • Ensure all candidate interactions reflect a professional and human-centric approach.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior professionals earning $150K–$500K.
  • Experience in financial services or high-end sales recruitment preferred.
  • Exposure to international markets, particularly the U.S. or U.K., is highly advantageous.
  • Professional demeanour with a solid understanding of corporate environments.
  • South African-based with fluent English, ideally with a neutral or international accent.
  • Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
