We’re seeking a Recruitment Coordinator focused on initial candidate screening and pipeline support for high-volume operations and support roles. You’ll conduct first-round interviews, evaluate fit, and ensure our recruiting engine is organized, data-driven, and always moving forward.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct phone or video screenings to assess communication and qualifications
  • Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize candidates and track progress
  • Keep job boards updated and ensure consistent applicant flow
  • Maintain our ATS with accurate, audit-ready data
  • Suggest improvements to screening questions, templates, and workflows
  • Support hiring managers with timely updates and documentation

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or high-volume screening
  • Confidence conducting candidate conversations and evaluating fit
  • Organized and detail-oriented—especially with data and documentation
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Recruiterflow (or similar ATS), and Slack
  • Proactive and ready to take ownership of day-to-day pipeline operations
