We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring across operations and support functions. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-moving recruiting team—scheduling interviews, organizing pipelines, managing communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for every candidate.

If you're process-driven, detail-oriented, and love working behind the scenes to help teams grow, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across departments and time zones
  • Manage candidate communications—from invites to follow-ups
  • Maintain structured pipelines and keep our ATS (Recruiterflow) updated
  • Post job descriptions and manage incoming applicants
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the process
  • Help deliver a professional and responsive candidate experience

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years in a recruitment coordinator, HR admin, or scheduling-heavy role
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with tools like Google Calendar, Slack, and any ATS (Recruiterflow a plus)
  • Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote work environment
