We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our global team, with a remote position based in South Africa. The Recruitment Consultant will play a key role in sourcing candidates for roles across the US market, working closely with a Business Development lead who generates new client opportunities. This is a pure sourcing role – no business development or client interaction – just focused, high-quality candidate delivery to support a rapidly growing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles in the US.
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and databases to find qualified candidates.
  • Provide shortlists quickly to meet fast-paced delivery timelines.
  • Work closely with the BD team to understand job requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate pipelines.
  • Work remotely during US business hours

Requirements:
