Recruitment Consultant - Trainee

We’re looking for an ambitious and people-driven individual to join our recruitment team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant . If you're looking to switch careers, this is an exciting opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced, rewarding industry. Full training will be provided. This position is office based in Bedfordview.

Minimum of 5 - 8 years working experience is required in either Internal Sales or a PA / Secretarial function

Stable track record is essential

Key Responsibilities :

• Learn and master the end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates
• Assist in matching candidates to client vacancies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Support consultants and managers with admin, interviews, and client meetings
