Recruitment Consultant - Trainee

We’re looking for an ambitious and people-driven individual to join our recruitment team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. If you're looking to switch careers, this is an exciting opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced, rewarding industry. Full training will be provided. This position is office based in Bedfordview.
Minimum of 5 - 8 years working experience is required in either Internal Sales or a PA / Secretarial function.
Stable track record is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learn and master the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
3. Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates
4. Assist in matching candidates to client vacancies
5. Maintain accurate candidate records
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
7. Support consultants and managers with admin, interviews, and client meetings
