Job description

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for supporting the Pnet clients with the successful implementation of the Response Handling solution within their hiring process.

Working in the Response Handling department, you will be contributing to the ultimate success of the Pnet business.

By joining our team, you will be playing a vital role as together we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your Responsibilities

The below responsibilities vary depending on the products that customers have purchased:

  • Drafting jobs/listings and creating custom questionnaires based on Pnet best practices on behalf of Pnet clients.
  • Handling initial candidate responses and shortlisting applicants in alignment with client requirements and recruitment best practices.
  • Responding to applicants and managing candidate touchpoints to keep candidates updated through the recruitment and selection process.
  • Coordinating and arranging interviews (both virtual or in-person when appropriate) for candidates; communicating with the client and candidates as appropriate.
  • Managing communication to applicants via Pnet systems.
  • Client liaison and relationship management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter Consultant Administrator / Talent Acquisition Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing workload.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Executive stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
