Job description
Degree or National Diploma in IT or Human Resources or any relevant field.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Senior or Intermediate Recruiter.
- 5 years plus of recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats e.g. Skype, Teams, and Face to Face.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Experience in sourcing and placing ICT skills is non-negotiable.
