We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant for a permanent vacancy based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Duties & Responsibilities

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

1. 3 years' sales consulting experience in the recruitment industry
2. The candidate should have existing connections in local business
3. Matric, driver's license, and own vehicle
4. Must have good communication skills with an outgoing personality, and willing to do client visits
5. Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
6. Good MS Office skills with Placement Partner and Pnet experience beneficial
7. Good admin skills and attention to detail

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

1. Use sales, business development, and networking to attract business from client companies
2. Visiting clients (existing and new) to build and develop relationships
3. Developing a good understanding of client companies
4. Drawing up job vacancies for advertising purposes, and utilizing candidate databases to match the right person to the vacancy
5. Receiving and reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, referencing, and shortlisting for the client
6. Reviewing prepared CVs and references to forward to clients
7. Briefing the candidates regarding the position applied for
8. Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client and informing candidates about the results of interviews
9. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates

Salary: Negotiable basic with commission structure
