Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant for a permanent vacancy based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- 3 years' sales consulting experience in the recruitment industry
- The candidate should have existing connections in local business
- Matric, driver's license, and own vehicle
- Good communication skills with an outgoing personality, and willing to do client visits
- Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Good MS Office skills with Placement Partner and Pnet experience beneficial
- Good admin skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Use sales, business development, and networking to attract business from client companies
- Visiting clients (existing and new) to build and develop relationships
- Developing a good understanding of client companies
- Drawing up job vacancies for advertising purposes, and utilizing candidate databases to match the right person to the vacancy
- Receiving and reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, referencing, and shortlisting for the client
- Reviewing prepared CVs and references to forward to clients
- Briefing the candidates regarding the position applied for
- Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client and informing candidates about the results of interviews
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates
Salary
Negotiable basic with commission structure
