Job description

Network Contract Solutions is in search of an enthusiastic and target driven individual looking to specialize in Contract IT Recruitment. This role will have you running a full recruitment cycle desk, maintaining and developing relationships with candidates and clients, closing sales and achieving monthly targets, Searching for / Screening and headhunting.

We succeed to upskill our employees on an unceasing basis and offer all new recruiters complete training in order to fully understand our model, so you can hit the ground running. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle — from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing, placement, and post-placement care.

This role requires a thorough understanding of payroll processes, contracting recruitment, and strong knowledge of HR legislation including the LRA and BCEA.

The key responsibilities for this role will include :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from client acquisition to candidate placement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the IT industry
  • Source, interview, and shortlist candidates for contracting and permanent positions
  • Curate and manage personal lead pipelines for business development purposes
  • Actively contribute to achieving personal and team targets

As you will be responsible for hitting the ground running extensive experience is essential. You will also be hands-on involved with the department.

The requirements : Qualification :

Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years' full 360 recruitment experience, specifically within the IT industry
  • Strong experience in contracting recruitment processes and payroll coordination
  • Solid understanding of HR legislation, including the Labour Relations Act (LRA) and Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
