We are a leading IT consulting and recruitment company headquartered in Bryanston, Johannesburg.

With a focus on delivering high-quality services, we specialise in providing tailored solutions to clients in the Financial Services, IT, and various blue-chip sectors across South Africa.

As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  2. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • Matric / Tertiary qualification advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or Recruiter, with a focus on technical positions.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies, including Business Analyst, Software Development, Data Engineer, Test Analyst, Network Engineering, etc.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
Package & Remuneration

R15,000 to R18,000 per month CTC
