Job description

An established, boutique recruitment agency seeks an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Candidate Researcher to assist the 2 Directors with filling their important positions. This is a fully remote opportunity.

POSITION INFO :

The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years relevant Candidate research / Agency recruitment experience from within a Recruitment Agency / Search firm environment.

They must be proficient in candidate research on Linked In and the various on-line job portals (Career Junction, PNET, Executive Placements). They will also be expected to maximise the in-house recruitment system.

  • Previous agency recruitment experience is essential and recruitment / candidate research experience in Financial Services, Banking, Asset management, Property is preferred
  • Placement Partner experience is preferred.

The candidate must be diligent, self-managed and motivated and happy to work remotely from home for a small and dynamic company where they are able to influence and build their own working day. Strong communication skills - both verbal and written are essential.

Duties will involve :

  • Working closely with and assisting the 2 directors of the business;
  • Understanding the key positions that require candidate research;
  • Researching social media and the various portals / systems to find suitable candidates esp Linked In;
