Recruitment Consultant Bedfordview Hyrbrid Role

We're hiring! Join our team of successful Consultants and utilize your strong candidate sourcing skills by placing top talent with our established client base. Telesales and business development are not required. The purpose of the role is to source, screen, and interview suitably qualified candidates and manage the candidate process from start to finish. We require an individual with a passion for the recruitment industry, a strong sense of urgency, good communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 3 - 5 years recruitment agency experience is essential.

The role is office-based in Bedfordview and will become hybrid after 3-4 months of in-house training.

Duties consist of:

1. Sourcing Candidates: Using various methods (job boards, social media, networking, headhunting) to find potential candidates.
2. Screening Candidates: Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates’ qualifications and suitability for roles.
3. Shortlisting Candidates: Presenting qualified candidates to clients and recommending the most suitable candidates for each position.
4. Conducting Interviews: Interviewing candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the client’s needs.
5. Managing Candidate Expectations: Keeping candidates informed during the process, interview stages, and feedback.
6. Negotiating Offers: Assisting in salary negotiations and helping candidates make informed decisions.
7. Maintaining Candidate Records: Keeping detailed records of candidate details, interview schedules, and placements using recruitment software.
8. Collaborating with Team Members: Working with other Recruiters or Consultants to share insights and strategies to improve recruitment processes.
