Recruitment Consultant - East Rand, Gauteng – Basic + comm

Are you a driven and experienced recruiter ready to take the lead in matching top talent with top opportunities?

PRR Recruitment Services, based in the East Rand, is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team! This role is primarily focused on recruitment — managing client relationships, sourcing top candidates, developing new business, and driving successful placements.

You'll also provide support with CV formatting and job ad placement to ensure a smooth and professional process.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
  2. Building and managing strong relationships with clients and candidates
  3. New Business Development – identifying and securing new clients
  4. Posting job adverts on relevant platforms
  5. Typing and formatting CVs for client submission
  6. Coordinating interviews and providing feedback
  7. Keeping candidate and client records accurate and up to date
  8. Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the process
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 1–2 years' recruitment experience (agency background preferred)
  • Strong new business development or sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence working with both clients and candidates
  • Strong attention to detail with good admin skills (CVs, job ads, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to multitask
  • Computer literate and comfortable using recruitment platforms
