Responsibilities

1. Sourcing
2. Advertising Jobs with a practical marketing introduction
3. Screening
4. Shortlisting
5. Candidate assessment and testing
6. Interviewing
7. Reporting on KPIs and SLA
8. Offer Management
9. Employer Branding
10. Mapping, creating and managing Talent pools

Requirements:

1. Matric
2. Diploma / Degree in HRM or related
3. Minimum of 3 years Agency Recruitment experience
4. Recruitment experience must include recruiting for Actuaries
5. Computer Literate (ATS, Job Portals and the full MS Office)
6. Excellent communications and reporting skills
