Job Description:

The recruitment consultant is responsible for recruiting suitable candidates and selecting ambassadors for the BLU region assigned to Huawei Office Park.

Experience:

  • 3+ years recruitment experience
  • TES Industry experience

  • Grade 12
  • HR/Recruitment certification

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Focus on redeploying and tracking all placed assignees nearing contract end to achieve 80% redeployment KPI.

- Receive Labour Recruitment enquiries and ensure all fields are complete before processing.

- Conduct candidate searches, engage telephonically, and initiate scout strategies if needed.

- Analyze recruitment mix and build pools proactively with the resource and operational teams.

- Identify skill shortages and tailor sourcing and screening processes accordingly, following BLU recruitment methodologies.

- Use internal and external databases, advertising, and community relationships to source candidates.

- Build relationships with community leaders and drive youth unemployment and skills development initiatives.

- Place ads with approval, source candidates across levels, and maintain candidate relationships.

- Screen candidates telephonically, schedule interviews, and prepare candidates for assessments.

- Conduct interviews, background checks, and schedule inductions for successful candidates.

- Ensure all documentation is complete, uploaded, and compliant with SOPs and legislation.

- Manage candidate feedback, coordinate with operations, and ensure candidate experience remains positive.

- Maintain recruitment pools and ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

- Prepare weekly reports and ensure compliance with policies and client requirements.
