Position: Recruitment Consultant (Candidate Focussed)

Lime Talent is currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent in the UK consumer goods industry, sourcing candidates through various channels, and building a pipeline of qualified candidates across different functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with our clients' overall hiring goals and objectives.
2. Utilize various sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals, to attract top talent.
3. Create presentations to describe job roles and send personalized messages to relevant candidates on LinkedIn.
4. Engage with potential candidates through cold outreach, phone screening, and email communication to assess their fit for open positions.
5. Partner with our delivery team to schedule and facilitate candidate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
6. Continuously monitor and report on sourcing metrics to optimize our sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, HR or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of the consumer goods market and industry trends.
3. Experience in using a variety of digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, and LinkedIn.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
