Position: Recruitment Consultant
Job Description: Sources, screens, assesses, and interviews suitable candidates in line with business requirements and applicable processes and policies.
Focuses on quality delivery and complies with orders by specific deadlines according to client needs.

Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment
- Computer literacy, including MS Office
- Knowledge of social media and job board sites
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong administration skills
- At least one year's experience in the permanent recruitment industry
- Education: National certificate
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to clarify and qualify order requirements.
- Ensure shared understanding of requirements and adherence to turnaround times and deadlines.
- Source candidates via various mechanisms including database, website, adverts, networking, job boards, social media, headhunting, and executive search.
- Perform initial candidate matching and screening, considering resourcing needs and quality standards.
- Conduct telephonic and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Complete vetting through MIE, and check candidate ability to travel or perform shift work.
- Schedule testing and assessments for successful candidates.
- Provide timely and professional feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- Advertise jobs, manage responses, and network to find suitable candidates and clients.
- Maintain data integrity on ATS, process placements, and follow up with clients post-placement.
- Profile candidates, market top candidates, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate candidate records and complete documentation for auditing.
- Track placements, generate statistics, and handle queries within SLAs.
- Attend relevant meetings and training sessions, participate in surveys, and ensure client documentation is complete.
- Establish and service relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate commitment to business partners and clients, and contribute to team objectives.
- Engage proactively with clients, respond promptly to queries, and analyze feedback for service improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research on clients, visit clients virtually or face-to-face.
- Negotiate effectively and manage financial aspects of recruitment.
- Engage with successful candidates for referrals and lead generation.
- Collaborate within the Perm Portfolio, cross-sell within Adcorp Group, and canvas new clients for growth.
- Achieve monthly targets, manage debtors' days, and process credit notes accurately.
- Calculate placement fees and forecast placements precisely.
