Position Overview:

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant who is serious about developing their career and adding value to our business. The ideal candidate will contribute positively towards our people and culture and diligently live out our purpose of positively impacting people's careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Actively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required skills and cultural fit for our clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to share insights, best practices, and market intelligence.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment/sales, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
