The Really Great Teacher Company is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from intake to onboarding.

You will lead bulk recruitment strategies, headhunt top talent, and coordinate interviews while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams. A proactive, digital-savvy approach is essential.

• Bulk recruitment experience across school/education sector preferred.
• Interviewing expertise to assess qualifications and fit.

• End-to-end recruitment management from intake to offer.

• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.

• C1 level English proficiency

Duties

• Review resumes and job applications
• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and skills
• Headhunt suitable candidates based on position requirements
• Coordinate and conduct interviews using reliable tools
• Liaising accurately and timeously with candidates
• Issue teacher service agreements
• Utilize the company recruitment platform
• Manage and build internal and external relationships
• Report back on daily activities
• Promote us as an "Employer of Choice"
• Collaborate with the team to improve systems and processes

Requirements

Candidates must have:

• Bulk recruitment experience
• ESL teaching or TEFL experience preferred
• Interviewing expertise
• Experiencing in headhunting and lead generation
• An understanding and ability to independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• A solid social media presence and willingness to work on platforms such as Facebook. Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Innovative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• C1 level proficiency in English
• Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
