Job Title: Finance Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Finance Recruitment Consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing highly skilled finance professionals in positions that match their expertise and career goals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with top finance talent through networking, online platforms, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to job offer and placement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance recruitment.
• Generate new business through cold calling (40-60 calls per day).
• Grow and maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Understand your niche and attract the best candidates.
• Complete the full recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Previous experience in finance recruitment or similar role preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and industry terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Two years of sales experience with cold calling exposure.
• A proven track record of achievements.
• Ambition to excel and be the best.
• Age between 22 – 30.
• Own vehicle required.
