Contract Type: Temporary (with potential to go Permanent)

Compensation: Commission Only (Uncapped)

About the Role

Are you a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a passion for recruitment? Our company is seeking 4 X 360 - Recruitment Consultants to join our sales team in Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Port Shepstone and Richards Bay. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for talent, strong sales acuity, and a drive to succeed. As a 360 Degree Recruiter, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and identifying client needs to sourcing candidates and closing placements. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales team and utilize CRM and ATS systems and tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho Recruit or Manatal.

1. Key Responsibilities:

* Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate new business leads and expand our client base.
* Virtual Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations to clients via MS Teams or similar platforms, showcasing our recruitment solutions effectively.
* Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and engage with potential candidates, including online job portals, social media, and networking.
* Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring candidates are well-prepared and informed about client expectations.
* Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations between clients and candidates to secure successful placements.
* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

* Experience: +2 years proven experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in recruitment, sales, or a related field is essential.

* Problem Solver: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to match the right candidates with the right roles.

* Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, access to your own vehicle for client visits, laptop/PC and access to stable internet.
