We are expanding and seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant based in South Africa who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates. You will be working remotely, supporting clients predominantly in the UK and Australia, across a range of industries.

About the Role:

• Full-time, remote position (South Africa-based applicants only)
• Partner with major UK and Australian clients to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Maintain high levels of customer service, communication, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 4+ years' experience as a recruitment consultant (agency or internal)
• Proven track record in placing candidates and managing recruitment pipelines
• Experience working with international clients is highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
• High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and independence
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
