Job Title: Recruitment Assistant (Temporary)

Location: Illovo, Sandton.

Start Date: 22 April

Contract Duration: 1 month

Remuneration: R25, (excluding agency/recruitment fees)

Job Overview: Our client is looking for experienced Recruitment Assistants to support an intensive, high-volume recruitment drive.

The project involves interviewing approximately candidates over a short period, requiring strong organisational and communication skills.

Candidates must be self-sufficient, professional, and able to handle back-to-back interviews along with related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and conduct interviews (virtual and/or in-person)
  2. Prepare and manage interview schedules
  3. Communicate with candidates and provide timely feedback
  4. Review and screen CVs, record interview outcomes
  5. Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation
  6. Assist with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process
  7. Provide regular progress updates to the recruitment team
Minimum Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields

Certifications: HR certifications are advantageous

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment experience

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Excellent communication and active listening skills
  2. Empathy and a candidate-centric approach
  3. Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
