Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Sourcing, screening, and documentation
- Conducting preliminary interviews to assess candidates
- Verifying certifications and qualifications
- Using assessment tools for evaluating technical expertise
- Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates
Decision and Offer Preparation- Evaluating candidates with the interview panel
- Documenting findings and drafting offers
Offer Presentation and Negotiation- Extending offers and negotiating terms
- Formalizing offers with official documentation
Reference and Background Checks- Verifying references and conducting background checks
Pre-Onboarding- Finalizing start dates and pre-employment formalities
- Preparing onboarding processes
Follow-Up and Final Touches- Maintaining communication with new hires
- Gathering feedback to improve recruitment
Data Entry and Management- Updating candidate profiles and resumes
- Classifying candidates for easy retrieval
Compliance and Security- Ensuring GDPR compliance and database security
Search and Filtering- Using keywords and filters for candidate searches
Candidate Communication- Sending campaigns and follow-ups
- Personalizing candidate interactions
Data Quality Assurance- Removing duplicates and correcting errors
Reporting and Analytics- Generating insights on talent pools and performance metrics
Candidate Engagement & Relationship Building- Proactive outreach and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Engaging alumni and key candidates through events and content
Business Development- Leveraging alumni and candidate networks for referrals and client growth
- Monitoring revenue and exploring new opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications
- Qualifications: BCom or equivalent
- Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment management and HR, preferably in consulting or similar environments
