About the Job: Recruitment and EOR Specialist

Position: Recruitment and EOR Specialist

Location: Remote

Salary: R15,000 basic + good commissions

Job Description

International Recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) specialists are seeking a seasoned recruiter to focus on business development for their EOR services. The role involves providing South African employees to clients in the US, UK, and Australia. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Hunting for clients in the UK and marketing our EOR services to them.
  2. Recruiting South African employees for international clients and earning commissions on placements.
  3. Managing client relationships and ensuring service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
  • At least 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Good business acumen and understanding of business processes.
  • Experience with CRMs and ATSs.
  • Knowledge of South African legislation and contracts.
  • Ability to manage and train a team of 5-10 less experienced recruiters and EOR specialists.
  • Proven success as a recruiter with a track record of being a big biller.
  • Strong sales and client management skills.
  • Resilience and a 'university of life' mindset.
Additional Information

The role offers training and support during the first 3 months. You will be provided with necessary tools, including a fast fiber internet connection and an inverter. Successful candidates will earn commissions on placements, EOR employees, and a percentage of their team's turnover.
