Job description

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must possess a relevant tertiary qualification in HR.
  • Experience with ATS and formatting CVs.
  • Must be based in Gauteng and willing to work remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Formatting CVs on ATS.
  • Assist with reference and background checks for candidates.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Candidate Pools - Ensure that all information is correct and fully completed.
  • Set up and remove interviews on ATS.
  • Review and provide recommendations on candidate experience.
