Job description

We’re looking for a confident and proactive individual to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and engaging qualified candidates to managing the end-to-end hiring process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. As the face of Telus digital to potential candidates, you’ll act as a key liaison between them and our hiring managers, helping us grow a team that reflects our values and mission.

If you have a knack for identifying great talent, love managing the details of the hiring process, and are passionate about delivering a positive experience for every new hire, we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior Recruitment Administration experience is non-negotiable

  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate assessment platforms is a plus
  • Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with the potential, motivation, and cultural fit to become a key member of the Talent Acquisition team
