Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment & Admin Assistant to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment efforts and providing administrative support to the HR department.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities : - Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates and their application status - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers - Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions - Maintain employee files and ensure all necessary documents are filed and updated - Assist with HR-related tasks such as employee benefits administration, performance evaluations, and employee relations - Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing documents and files - Assist with special projects and initiatives related to recruitment and HR as needed Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus Why Work for Water Tower Group : - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Chance to make a positive impact in the water treatment industry - Strong company values and commitment to employee satisfaction If you are passionate about recruitment and HR and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply for our Recruitment & Admin Assistant position.
