Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process for technical positions within our organization.
You will work closely with our recruiters to source, screen, and onboard candidates while promoting our company as an employer of choice.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in writing and posting technical job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Pnet, Stack Overflow, and GitHub.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
- Participate in pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
- Conduct interviews using various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
- Support in coordinating with Operations to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates.
- Assist in onboarding new hires.
- Contribute to promoting the company's reputation as a great place to work.
- Stay updated with new technological trends and products.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Some experience in recruiting or a related field preferred.
- Basic familiarity with interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype).
- Interest in technical fields with a willingness to learn and understand job requirements for IT roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques such as social media recruiting and Boolean search.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field is required.
