Job description

We are searching for a vibrant and career-driven Recruiter to join us at our Umhlanga offices. Key Responsibilities : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the company.Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.Use a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.Assist in negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires.Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and institutes.Stay up to date with recruitment trends, market conditions, and new sourcing techniques.

Requirements : Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders.Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.

  • Preferred : Background experience in BPO, Call Centre, or ESL.Experience with bulk recruitment.Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
