Our client is seeking a remote Recruiter to join their team. The role involves the following responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Talent Attraction: Write compelling, brand-aligned job adverts (particularly in accounting/finance), post job listings on platforms like LinkedIn, TotalJobs, CV-Library, and Indeed, run targeted searches using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, build and manage accounting-specific talent pools, and search internal CRM (Vincere) for relevant candidates.
- Candidate Screening & Communication: Review applications, compile qualified longlists (10–20 candidates), proactively message candidates on LinkedIn and job boards, book candidates for screening calls, and ensure timely follow-ups with professional communication.
- Campaign & Outreach Management: Build campaign sequences in SourceWhale and LinkedIn Recruiter, use enrichment tools (Kaspr, etc.) to complete contact info, and track outreach responses to flag engaged leads.
- Documentation & Admin: Format CVs using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT prompts), write executive candidate briefs, send reference requests, update records in Vincere, and maintain high-quality documentation and version control.
- Database & Pipeline Management: Ensure all records are structured and up-to-date, track candidate journeys, and support passive talent engagement over time.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to automate tasks, use AI tools to increase accuracy, and contribute to workflow refinement.
- Light Business Development Support (Ad Hoc): Research target firms, support contact list creation, and enrichment for potential clients.
Tools You'll Use: Vincere (CRM), LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceWhale, CV-Library, TotalJobs, Indeed, Excel, Trello, Outlook, VXTKaspr, ChatGPT, and other data enrichment tools.
