Job description

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing high-caliber candidates across our Browns boutiques nationwide. You'll collaborate closely with store managers and HR to ensure the right people are in the right places to deliver the Browns experience our clients know and love.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  2. Partner with store leaders to understand their staffing needs and build recruitment strategies.
  3. Attract and engage top talent through job boards, social media, recruitment platforms, and headhunting.
  4. Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes efficiently.
  5. Maintain a talent pipeline and database of potential candidates.
  6. Ensure recruitment aligns with Browns’ values, culture, and high standards of service.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in retail or luxury environments.
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
