Job summary

A well-established organization in the finance and accounting sector is seeking a skilled Recruiter for a fixed-term, one-month contract. This position requires hands-on experience with Sage for HR/recruitment functions and a strong recruitment background. The selected candidate will manage recruitment processes and work closely with internal teams to meet targets, ensuring efficient coordination and accurate data tracking.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  • Mandatory experience using Sage for recruitment or HR processes.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Salary : R25,000 (Fixed for the contract period)

Start Date : Immediate

Contract Type : Fixed-term, 1-month

A well-established organization in the finance / accounting sector is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a short-term contract. This role requires strong recruitment skills and hands-on experience using Sage for HR / recruitment functions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various roles
  • Source and engage candidates using online tools, databases, and networks
  • Conduct screening and interviews, and coordinate candidate progress
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet recruitment targets
  • Ensure accurate data entry and tracking using Sage systems

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Mandatory experience using Sage for recruitment or HR processes
  • Prior exposure to roles in finance, accounting, or professional services preferred
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
